The terms of employment are regulated in the ABU Collective Labour Agreement (CAO), where we adhere to the emoluments in accordance with the hirer's remuneration of our clients, supplemented by their own arrangements (such as a company car, work clothing, certified tools, and a collective health insurance), and a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be part of the application process.
The following six components in the ABU CAO fall under the hirer's remuneration:
- Current period wage in the scale
- Days off in lieu (ATV/ADV)
- Supplements
- Initial salary increase
- Expense allowances
